Gather all your little honey-bees and fly over to the Beeton Honey & Garden Festival for a full day of fun that is *buzz*-ing with activity! Just a 90-minute drive from downtown Toronto, this quaint town closes its Main Street to traffic and hosts family entertainment and activities, unique vendors, and delicious food.

Celebrating its 50th Anniversary, this festival honours David Allanson Jones, a local storekeeper and postmaster who was the first to import bees into Ontario and the first commercial beekeeper in Canada. Each May, the close-knit community of Beeton honours its history as one of the oldest agricultural practices in the world by hosting this family-friendly and free outdoor street festival. What better place for this event than in a pretty town whose name is synonymous with honey!
