My Inner Child Paint Bar Summer Camps offer fun-filled programs filled with artistic expression and creativity in a supportive environment. Whether your child is new to painting and drawing, or they are looking to refine their skills, these fun and engaging classes are perfect for everyone!
Held at the My Inner Child Paint Bar art studio in Midtown Toronto, young artists aged 10 and up can spark their imagination through a selection of introductory art courses. Your teen or tween can choose between two painting courses: Paint Riot – Acrylics Unleashed, or Vibe & Varnish – Acrylic Art for Rebels. For lovers of cartoon drawing and story-line development, join their Manga Mania course. Better yet, try all three! All materials are provided and no experience is needed — campers only need to bring their enthusiasm!
My Inner Child Paint Bar — Summer Camp Programs
Kids can unlock their creative potential at the new My Inner Child Paint Bar in Midtown Toronto! The encouraging instructors welcome participants in all skill levels and have everything kids need to craft stunning masterpieces.
All summer camp programs include:
- Step-by-step guidance on painting or drawing techniques
- Exploration of art techniques, including colour theory, brushwork and blending
- An inspiring, supportive, and fun environment
- Plus, campers can take home their creations!
Paint Riot: Acrylics Unleashed
Unleash your creativity in this fun and beginner-friendly acrylic painting course designed just for tweens and teens! Learn the basics of colour mixing, brush techniques, and composition while creating your own vibrant works of art. No experience needed—just bring your imagination! Classes are taught by talented instructors in a casual and non-competitive atmosphere. At My Inner Child Paint Bar, the students are guided through each lesson but are free to express themselves however they like through their artwork!

Vibe & Varnish – Acrylic Art for Rebels
As a second option or a follow-up option to Paint Riot, kids can continue their artistic journey in this class, as they learn about additional painting techniques such as mosaics and creative compositions. As always, the instructors encourage students to express their individuality with unique outcomes in each lesson!

Manga Mania
Step into the world of Japanese comics and unleash your inner mangaka! In this action-packed course, young artists will learn how to draw expressive characters, dynamic poses, and epic story scenes while developing their own unique manga style. From sketch to ink, panel to plot—it’s time to bring your stories to life!
