Orchard Grove Nursery focuses on supporting kids during all transitions throughout childhood, and also all through summer! Located inside St. Timothy Anglican Church in Midtown Toronto, their full-day summer camps are part of a community-based program that offers a supportive and fun environment.

Through stimulating situations and hands-on learning opportunities, children are free to develop into bright young minds. The professional caregivers at Orchard Grove Nursery harness the kids’ creativity, teaching them to think, reason question and experiment throughout their personal development journey.

Orchard Grove Camp

Age Groups — Kindergarten Camp: 4-6 years, School Age Camp: 7-12 years

Orchard Grove Nursery is a unique year-round child care centre that offers various activities specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Above all, their mission is to provide a warm and nurturing environment where all kids feel safe. Their camps keep fun learning in mind as the campers engage in a variety of specialty programs available based on their interests.

Each week focuses on different themes allowing the children to experience a variety of activities while also providing a safe, enriching and rewarding experience.

Activities include:

Art — Campers explore and develop their artistic and creative skill, learning the principles of colour and materials. The highlight is the summer for the kids is creating their own tie-dye sweatshirt to take home!
Let’s Cook — This interactive learning experience brings the participants joy and satisfaction through cooking and baking.
Dance and Movement — Campers develop body awareness, rhythm, flexibility and coordination while building confidence. Kids learn the latest Tik Tok dances and more!
Sports — In the 2,500 square-foot gymnasium and playground, campers participate in a variety of sports and leisure activities, building coordination and team-playing skills. Every week will focus on a different sport to keep the kids challenged and motivated.
Outdoor Water Play — When the weather gets hot, what better way to cool off than with some water games in Orchard Grove’s grassy yard!
Drama and Special Events — Kids love to play dress-up and express themselves!
Cooperative Games — Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally.

Rate: $290 per camper per week, including morning and afternoon snacks
A $50.00 one-time registration fee will apply.
