The Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund and Downtown Yonge BIA host the free three-day Indigenous music and arts festival Ziigwan at Yonge-Dundas Square, featuring some of the country’s most prominent and emerging Indigenous artists for three straight days of free concerts. Sunday, March 26 is Family Day, with a book sale by GoodMinds Indigenous Books and a performance by the Strong Water Singers, who facilitate learning activations so children and families can engage in meaningful conversations about Indigenous cultures.
