The Kingsway BIA celebrates Halloween with the free neighbourhood event Pumpkinfest, including a pumpkin decorating contest, costume contest, face painting and balloon artist, trick or treating at participating stores, and arts & crafts, plus dogs are welcome to come in their best costume and sample gourmet dog food by YUPP.
