The Toronto Council Fire Native Cultural Centre brings their Indigenous Legacy Gathering to Toronto City Hall’s Nathan Phillips Square for the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, where the grand finale takes place on September 30th (Orange Shirt Day) with the unveiling of a Spirit Garden and a special Commemoration Walk & Ceremony. This two-day gathering is a family-friendly event, including a sacred fire, features Indigenous songs, stories, language, food, presentations, workshops, performances, installations and demonstrations for all ages.
