Get out into nature this spooky season and discover the spectacularly eerie Halloween Haunts and Howls event hosted by the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) at Bruce’s Mill Conservation Park Nature Centre. Creep over to this picturesque conservation area in Whitchurch-Stouffville to find outdoor family-friendly adventures where thrills and chills are guaranteed, and costumes are encouraged for the whole family!
Experience Nature at Bruce’s Mill Conservation Park’s Halloween Haunts and Howls!
Wander into Bruce’s Mill Conservation Park for Halloween fun, both in the daytime and after dark! Family Haunts and Howls is an afternoon session for families with younger kids, which includes activities such as a guided forest hike, creepy crafts, and pumpkin carving. Then, snack on some sweet treats, plus hot cider and hot chocolate.
For families with older kids aged ten and up, get into something a bit spookier with Halloween Haunts and Howls. Once the sun goes down, go on a frightful hike, listen to supernatural stories, carve a scary pumpkin, and nibble on eerie snacks. For both of these Halloween parties, arriving in costume is encouraged!
This family-friendly event includes:
- Hike around the forest
- Pumpkin carving
- Creepy crafting
- Treats including a hot cider/hot chocolate station and sweet treats. No tricks involved!
- Hauntingly eerie activities in the evening
- Supernatural story time in the evening
- Plenty of spooky fun!
Note: Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather since this is an outdoor event. All children must be accompanied by an adult and advance tickets are required.
