At long last, it’s April! It’s been a long and grey winter (sounds like every Toronto winter, TBH) and we’re all excited for springtime. This year, the Egg Scavenger Hunt is back in person, where you can search for clues through the neighbourhood, and catch the Easter Bunny in person on Queen Street East on Sunday afternoon.

Cirque du Soleil’s “KOOZA” (Starts April 7)
Cirque du Soleil brings the proudly Canadian circus troupe back to Toronto this spring with “KOOZA”, viewed through the perspective of an endearing yet naïve clown simply named The Innocent.

TIFF Next Wave Film Festival (April 14-16)
Toronto International Film Festival Next Wave Film Festival returns to the TIFF Bell Lightbox, with brand-new movies FREE for those under 25.

Jurassic World: The Exhibition (Starts April 14)
Jurassic World: The Exhibition is an immersive experience that brings the ground-breaking movie franchise to life with life-size dinosaurs.

The Spring Baby Show (April 15-16)
The Spring Baby Show is Canada’s leading pregnancy, baby and toddler event for the modern parent, with over 150 brands represented.

Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO) Young People’s Concert Series (April 16)
This TSO series of concerts intended for the youngest classical music fans finishes up this month with “Reggae Roots”, exploring the evolution of Jamaica’s most famous export: reggae music!

Young People’s Theatre (YPT): “Frozen River” (April 17-28)
YPT presents “Frozen River” from Winnipeg’s Manitoba Theatre for Young People, about two eleven-year-olds born in different parts of the world.

Wychwood Theatre: “The Princess and the Pea” (Starts April 21)
Wychwood Theatre presents “The Princess and the Pea”, an interactive, whimsical and musical experience for the whole family.

Monster Jam in Hamilton (April 22-23)

Toronto Comic Arts Festival (April 29-30)
