To celebrate their 100th birthday and the official kick-off of summer, Canadian Tire turns heads with the Summer of the Century Celebration! They are lining the front lawns of nearly 50 homes (sprawling two city blocks!) in the East End with an over-the-top, whimsical and floatie-filled celebration of summer.

Open from sun-up to sundown, the celebration is open to the public from June 30 to July 3. Plus, it’s completely free! On Thursday June 30, there will be live music, summer treats, chalk art and giveaways 4:00 – 9:00pm. Everyone is welcome to go down and join the fun throughout the long weekend. Additionally, all floaties and décor will be donated to residents or re-purposed.
