Especially over the cold weather months, it can be hard to keep kids busy and active on PA Days. But City Dance Corps has the remedy for any winter blues or cabin fever, with a PA Day Dance Camp filled with creative and friendly fun for both new and experienced dancers aged 4-11 and 11-17! In this lively day camp, young people can share their love for dance together in a non-competitive and community-minded environment.

Keeping Toronto kids moving since 2002 in their bright and modern studio in the west end’s Dupont & Dovercourt neighbourhood, City Dance Corps offers a safe and encouraging space. Here, young dancers feel free to explore their creativity, which also nurtures their body and mind. Teaching high-quality dance classes with the utmost technical standards, City Dance Corps runs numerous programs for recreational dancers and those seeking a professional dance career.

Each dance camp features a different schedule of dance classes, ranging from Hip-Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Afro, Breakin, Salsa, and more. The experienced instructors guide the dancers through the basic moves, along with helping them discover their own unique dance styles.

Projects include making colourful masks and designing artwork to complement their dance performances while allowing them to find new ways to express themselves too.
  • Performing arts techniques
The City Dance Corps dance teachers pride themselves on their ability to nurture young dancers so they can become well-rounded performers. Your child will explore various performing arts techniques, such as music classes, singing, and basic choreography, which will boost their confidence while performing on stage.
  • Fun and friendship
Along with learning various forms of dance, this PA Day camp also allows kids to build lasting friendships with their fellow dancers and create amazing memories together!
