Build a Birdbox on Family Day

Join the Rouge Valley Conservation Centre on Family Day to learn about the birds in the Rouge and take part in the annual backyard bird count at your own home. Staff will be on hand to help with bird identification and kids can make a bird feeder and other bird crafts. For the more serious crafter, build and decorate your own wooden birdbox. All the materials, tools, and instructions are provided. Cost to make the birdbox is $25, email to sign up.

Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate will be available all day so remember to bring your travel mug!
