At Friday Harbour’s Golf and Adventure Summer Camp, each day starts with golf lessons in the morning. The PGA of Canada Golf Teaching Professional teaches campers golf fundamentals and techniques at The Nest Golf Course. Afterwards, campers have a chance to explore the nearby Nature Preserve trails, play beach sports and games, and participate in other activities at Friday Harbour’s Outdoor Adventure Centre.

Golf and Adventure Summer Camp (Ages 8-12)

The Golf and Adventure Summer Camp is designed for children aged 8 to 12, and there are two weeks available this summer: July 17-21 and August 14-18. This five-day camp is jam-packed with exciting activities and adventures that your kids will love.

Here’s what the camp includes:

  • Golf Lessons — At the award-winning Nest Golf Club, campers learn from a PGA of Canada Golf Teaching Professional.
  • Nature Preserve — Campers will explore the 200-acre Nature Preserve trails and learn about the areas natural species.
  • Kids Activities — Friday Harbour Summer Camp participants can enjoy non-stop activities such as scavenger hunts, fun crafts, Giant Jenga, beach bowling, and horseshoes.
  • Water Play — Located on Lake Simcoe, Friday Harbour provides a perfect location for swimming or paddling.
  • Land Sports — Kids can play a friendly game of volleyball, basketball, soccer, or ball hockey!
  • Lunch — The camp package includes a delicious lunch, so there’s no need to worry about packing food for your kids.
