Outward Bound Canada Summer Camps are exciting summer courses that get kids outside, teach life skills, and help develop social-emotional skills. All of this sets your kids up for success!
Outward Bound Canada empowers youth to take charge of their own lives as they discover their strengths and build resilience. With outdoor education programs that teach the technical skills of kayaking, canoeing, and backpacking, kids get off their screens and into the real world. More than just time outside, as valuable as that is, these experiential adventures help kids realize their potential. They are so much more capable than they thought!
Outward Bound Canada Summer Camps
Kids aged 7 – 18 years should get ready for an adventure this summer! Led by highly-trained instructors, these summer expeditions immerse kids in nature, from Toronto to the West Coast. Programs focus on building confidence, developing social-emotional skills, and fostering a love for nature and the environment. Camps vary by age, location, and length. High school students can also earn credits for courses longer than 15 days. Additionally, if finances are restrictive, Outward Bound Canada offers financial aid.
Outward Bound Canada offers a variety of nature-based camps. There are day camps in the city, from 1-day to 5-day camps, plus overnight camps in Ontario. Teens can also head to the Rocky Mountains or the West Coast for an epic summer of adventure!

Families will also be interested to hear about The Maddie Project – Connecting With Courage. This project works with youth from all walks of life to provide access to valuable programs and help them find their voice. Families with teens aged 14 – 16 should take a look at Ontario Wilderness: Flatwater Canoeing Connecting With Courage. This program has two available dates and is fully funded, if participants meet the requirements to be accepted into the program.
