Enjoy spooky family-friendly fun at the Toronto Zoo! The zoo is celebrating all things Halloween this week, both at home and in person. Events include Bat Week, Virtual Halloween Silent Auction and Halloween at the Zoo.

Bat Week – October 24-30

Learn more about these misunderstood and fascinating mammals virtually during Bat Week. More information about the Zoo’s Native Bat Conservation Program is available here.

There are also fun bat-themed crafts that you can do at home, such as bat wings and puppets.

Virtual Halloween Silent Auction – October 27-31

This virtual silent auction runs from Wednesday, October 27 through to Sunday, October 31. More than 20 pieces of artwork are on auction, created by animals from the zoo! There’s also a private bat walk for up to ten people. Proceeds go to Toronto Boo’s conservation, breeding and reintroduction programs to help fight extinction.

Halloween At The Zoo – October 29-31

Halloween at the Zoo is back for another year at The Toronto Zoo from October 29 to 31. Dress up as your favourite animal for the occasion, have photo ops and even get a treat from Mars Wrigley at the front entrance.
