The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) hosts TTC Halloween Fest for families on Halloween weekend in their “secret” subway station, Bay Lower Station. Kids can trick-or-treat on a Halloween-themed subway train, learn about the TTC and the numerous productions that have filmed scenes at the station, free giveaways for kids, and more!
