Camp Frenda invites all young people looking for an amazing experience in one of their week-long camps throughout the summer! Located in the heart of Muskoka on majestic Lake Rosseau, Camp Frenda has welcomed campers on their own private bay since 1976. Their mission is to provide excellence in camping: spiritually, socially, and mentally.

This Christian camp, which also functions as a year-round event centre, welcomes a huge variety of people each year. They host a wide selection of overnight youth camp programs for ages 8-16. No church affiliation is necessary to come, and their welcoming approach ensures that everyone feels like they belong. Therefore, Camp Frenda is the perfect spot to make memories and form new friendships while connecting with the beautiful natural world around us.

Camp Frenda Activities

For 75 years, Camp Frenda has been creating life-changing experiences for youth and their families. Furthermore, they offer everything you could ever hope to find at a summer camp! Get out into nature and enjoy both outdoor sports and indoor activities, including:

  • Waterskiing and wakeboarding
  • Swimming, snorkelling, canoeing and kayaking
  • Rock wall climbing and high ropes course
  • Horsemanship
  • Outdoor adventure and adventure sports
  • Mountain biking
  • Crafts and baking

Camp Frenda Summer Camps

Everyone is welcome at Camp Frenda, where your kids’ days are filled with exciting activities during the camp week! There are three youth camp age groups with week-long camps in July and August.

At Camp Frenda, everything is included in your camp fees. The General Camp experience, starting at $725 for Junior Camps, includes two activities in the morning plus two activities in the afternoon as well as all meals and overnight lodging. Instead, you can choose from specialized camps in Waterskiing and Horsemanship for a full morning of focused activity, plus the choice of two general camp activities each afternoon.
