MUSE Arts hosts the HAPPENING Multicultural Festival at Earlscourt Park, is the first and only Toronto festival created entirely by community artists, with the aim of giving immigrant, newcomer, and refugee artists the chance to display their talents and skills. HAPPENING embraces the cultural richness of our city, while creating professional development opportunities for artists and working towards more just and respectful communities.
