Outside Looking In, a yearlong program for Indigenous youth to be inspired to pursue education and celebrate empowerment through the transformative art of dance, culminates in their annual dance showcase at Meridian Hall. Along 175 Inuit, Metis and First Nations youth from 14 communities, the show also includes live performances from JUNO Award-nominated musical group Nimkii & the Niniis, EDM and traditional Indigenous musician STOiK; award-winning Ojibway Cree hip-hop artist and producer Plex, CBC Trailblazer Award recipient Jah’kota; pop electro-RnB songwriter and producer Kanien’kehà:ka, and multidisciplinary artist Semiah Smith.
