Toronto’s biggest holiday festival, Polar Winter Festival, is a magical outdoor walk-through holiday experience. The festival has evolved from a drive-through experience at Pearson Airport last year to an enchanting walk-through festival at Bandshell Park in Exhibition Grounds.
