Canada’s Wonderland is reopening for the 2026 season on May 3! Not only are there the thrill rides to experience, but there are also exciting events and festivals happening throughout the spring months.
Spring Festivals and Events Schedule:
- Season Passholder Sneak Preview (May 1) — Season Passholders get the first chance to jump back into another season of Canada’s Wonderland fun! Be the first to enjoy a day at the park before it opens to the general public.
- Opening Day (May 3) — Get ready for another year of big thrills and world-class attractions at Canada’s premier amusement park.
- Long Weekend Fireworks (May 17 & July 1) – Witness spectacular fireworks display of explosive light and colour high over the park skyline choreographed to a lively soundtrack on Victoria Day Long Weekend (Sunday, May 17) and Canada Day (Wednesday, July 1) at 10:00 PM.
- Splash Works Opening Day (Update: Postponed to May 30 due to weather conditions) – Get back to poolside fun at the 20-acre water park, including 18 water attractions, an outdoor wave pool, plus water playgrounds, exhilarating cliff jumping, kiddie slides and a lazy river!
- Brews & BBQ (June 6-7, 13-14, 20-21) — This popular festival returns, bringing its signature smoky flavours and summer vibes to the park. Get a tasting card to enjoy a little bit of everything, plus live music, street performers, and interactive games.
- Celebration Canada (July 1-5) – Party like a Canadian and enjoy live music, street performances, plus authentic Canadian foods and fireworks!

- Snoopy’s Dog Days of Summer
- Retrospect, at the International Showplace
- The King’s Banquet
- Victoria Falls High Divers
- Watchtower
