Kids can get into the *groove* at this dance or song-themed birthday party! With help from the Groove School of Dance instructors, your guests can express themselves through dance games and activities, such as hula hoops, gymnastic ribbons, and the parachute.

Fashion Show, Barbie or Taylor Swift Party
Are your kids obsessed with fashion, Barbie and/or Taylor Swift? With this Groove School of Dance birthday party, kids can show off their cool taste and celebrate their shared passions.

Karate or Capoeira Party
Kids can get a “kick” out of martial arts! At this party, energetic guests can earn their birthday cake by enjoying some high-energy karate or capoeira activities, such as learning a lesson from qualified coaches.

Princess or Superhero Party
For brave kids who want to be a brave superhero (or heroine!) or a fairytale princess, they can spend time with their favourite characters and have fun playing dress up! In addition, you can book a performer to sing, act and play at your party.

Brilliant kids love to get experimental, so get help from the experienced entertainment and education hosts at Mad Science to host a science party. All your guests will marvel at the cool scientific projects, including creating super-stretchy putty, slime, or a high-bouncing polymer ball!

Magic Party
Ta-da! With a classic magic party, this theme solves the mystery of a great party! Kids and parents alike can become awestruck and amazed by some amazing illusions and tricks.

With help from the popular Pawsitively Pets crew, kids who love little critters will love to hang out with some new adorable friends! This party can be adapted to include your child’s favourite type of pet, whether they are furry or scaly, including rodents, lizards, birds and even rare animals like hedgehogs and chinchillas.

Music or Rock Party
Kids who want to rock out can write their own pop song and then perform it for the parents at the end of the party! This theme is perfect for creative kids of any age. You’ll certainly leave the party with a song in your heart!

Cupcake Decorating or Baking Party
Who’s hungry? At a delicious cupcake party, food-savvy kids can discover a delicious way to learn the art of baking and cupcake decorating! Not only does each participant get to learn a new skill, but they also bring home two beautifully decorated cupcakes and a recipe and instruction card.

Over 15 kids: extra $20 per child
Lego Party
Do you have inquisitive kids who love LEGO? Then, build yourself an amazing birthday party with the Lego Party Package! Led by one of the fun party hosts from Bricks 4 Kidz, busy partiers can play creative LEGO-based games and activities.

Puppet Party
Book your favourite entertainer to come to your party with a special puppet show. Creative kids would love to explore their imagination and go on a storytelling journey.
Package Price: $525 +HST
Basic party package includes:
- Party for up to 15 kids
- For large parties with over 15 kids, there is a surcharge of $10.00 per extra child
- Each in-person party runs for 1.5 hours: 15 minutes of welcome activities, 45 minutes of themed activities
- Then, parties conclude with 30 minutes to have birthday cake and snacks in their Food Room. The room can be decorated with the supplies parents can drop off in advance before your party start time.

Do you want the fun to come to you? No problem, because at-home birthday parties are still a popular option! First, ensure you can provide a large space in your home for guests to dance safely. - Price: 45 minutes: $250 +HST, 1 hour: $300 +HST
Have The Parents Stay!
If you are looking to invite your guests’ parents to stay and socialize, you can rent the lounge at Groove School of Dance. The more the merrier! Plus, you can serve coffee, food, beverages, and more.
- Price: $50 +HST (Please note that this charge is mandatory if parents stay)
Full Floor Rental & Time Add-Ons
Do you want to catch up with a large guest list of friends and want some extra time to party? Rent the entire main floor space of the Groove School of Dance, including two large rooms plus a parent lounge. (Please note that this charge is mandatory if you have over 20 guests.)
- Main Floor Flat Rate: $100 +HST
- Extra Time: Additional 15 minutes is $25, and 30 minutes is $50
Spa, Arts & Crafts or Glow Party
Your guests will feel extra shiny and sparkly with the addition of a spa, arts & crafts station, or a fun glow party. Spa options include glitter, hair, nails, face paint, and a dress-up option. The Arts & Crafts additions include beading, scratch art and colouring. The Glow Party consists of 15 minutes in the glow dance room, complete with pompoms, ribbons and dance activities.
- Spa or Art option: $30 +HST
- Spa and Art options: $50 +HST
