For in-SQUID-ative campers looking to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the natural world around us through a variety of science activities and crafts, any-FIN is possible at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada Summer Camp! Each camp week includes daily explorations of the Aquarium galleries as well as amazing behind-the-scenes adventures to find out how the caretakers keep all the animals healthy and happy. In addition, the camp groups get outside for fresh air each day (weather dependent), along with daily activities and games in the spectacular surroundings of downtown Toronto, all within a safe environment.

In this camp, kids become immersed in an underwater world of more than 20,000 aquatic animals. Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada boasts more than 5.7 million litres of water, North America’s longest underwater viewing tunnel, and more than 100 interactive opportunities! This awe-inspiring attraction consists of ten carefully curated galleries, starting with species from Toronto’s backyard, the Great Lakes basin. With a cross-section of saltwater and freshwater environments from around the world, your child can come face-to-face with sharks, rays, sea turtles, seahorses and much more at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada Summer Camp!

Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada’s JAW-some educators take the camp groups through fun marine- and science-themed activities, games and crafts with a focus on giving them a FINS-on learning experience. Through STEM activities, games, crafts and animal encounters, the campers can discover more about the environment and its aquatic inhabitants. Meanwhile, camp discussions include education regarding conservation and environmental responsibility.
