Are you searching for a summer camp where your kids will learn physicality, resilience and mindfulness? Look no further, because Toronto Kyokushin Karate and Kickboxing hits the right spot! Kids can discover the popular martial art of karate while also getting outside and having fun with new friends this summer.

Kids get a kick out of these co-ed summer day camps, and no previous karate experience is necessary! Not only do they stay active over the school break, but they also learn teamwork and develop their self-esteem throughout the week. Along with daily karate classes, the campers also participate in their favourite summer activities, including sports and games, park and splash pad trips, arts and crafts, dance, Lego and many more.

To top off the week’s exciting schedule, each weekly summer camp session includes a weekly outing to practise the famous traditional Kyokushinkai Beach Training and then have a swim!

Toronto Kyokushin Summer Camps — Information (Ages 4-11)

At Toronto’s premier Kyokushinkai Karate studio, they have been training adults and children in the Toronto Beach (East) Community for over 12 years. Not only do the Toronto Kyokushin summer camps help kids develop important traits such as flexibility, balance, coordination and physical strength, but the coaches also focus on inner strength. To better themselves, kids practise resilience to push through their physical and mental barriers for personal advancement. With the confidence they gain from karate lessons, they learn to be mindful of others, which is especially helpful for young people.

  • Daily trips to local parks with splash pads or wading pool
