Toronto Outdoor Picture Show (TOPS) presents outdoor film screenings in three parks around the city, celebrating their sweet 16th anniversary with a festival programme featuring this year’s action-packed theme of “Going Places”. No advance tickets are required and TOPS screenings are free to attend, made possible by charitable donations.
