Experience the wonder of Elk Island’s night sky in the quiet beauty of winter. In the heart of the Beaver Hills Dark Sky Preserve, strap on the provided snowshoes and join a friendly park interpreter for a guided hike to gaze upon the countless stars in our galaxy. Register in advance and meet at the Astotin Recreation Area in Elk Island National Park for this unique experience. There are 11 opportunities to take part in this program between December 2021 and February 2022 – don’t miss out!
