On October 18, head to Manchester Square for a Spooky Night of kids’ costume and pumpkin contests, trick-or-treating, food trucks, crafts, a hay bale maze, and furry friends from SCARS animal rescue. An outdoor movie will play at 6 PM, with the film chosen by a Facebook vote: Hubie Halloween, Hotel Transylvania 3, The Addams Family, or Ghostbusters: Answer the Call.
