Join Nature Alberta this July and August at Family Nature Nights events in local nature areas. These free and themed family events run Wednesday nights at select park areas in Edmonton. Experience tree IDing, wildlife tagging, birding, pond dipping, chasing bugs, and touching trout! Come out with your budding naturalist to experience nature, learn something new, and create some fun memories!
- Flowers and Forests | July 23 at Jackie Parker Park, Edmonton
- Wild City | July 30 at Whitemud Park, Edmonton
- Rocks and Rivers | August 6 at Goldbar Park, Edmonton
- Wetland Wonders | August 20 at Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park, St. Albert
On-site registration is required prior to the event – click on the links above for full details. Programs are recommended for ages 4-12, but everyone is welcome.
