Laser Holiday Magic
December 2 – 24 | Get cozy under the Ziedler Dome and enjoy a selection of holiday tunes brought to life with vibrant laser choreography! Watch images dance over top of you as you sing along to familiar favourites like Jingle Bell Rock, Up on the Housetop, Let It Snow, and Winter Wonderland. Included with your regular Science Centre admission.
The Polar Express IMAX 3D Experience
December 6 – 24 | The TELUS World of Science in Edmonton is bringing back The Polar Express IMAX Experience on Saturdays and Sundays from December 6 to 21, with additional screenings on December 19, 22, 23, and 24. You can choose from morning, afternoon, or sensory-friendly screenings, and enjoy a special family deal on snacks and drinks!
Holiday Fun at the Science Centre
December 20 – January 4 | Visit the Science Centre from December 20 to January 4 to enjoy various exciting winter activities included as part of your regular Science Centre admission! Design your own cardboard Holiday resort in the Science Garage, learn about winter wildlife, join in storytime, and enjoy some gingerbread-flavoured liquid nitrogen ice cream!
Noon Years Eve
December 31 & January 1 | Ring in the “NOON” year with TELUS World of Science – Edmonton. Enjoy live science experiments on the Syncrude Science Stage at noon, including the Science Centre’s unique version of fireworks. (Hint: it involves 12 colourful hydrogen balloons!) Included with your regular Science Centre admission.
