The TELUS World of Science Edmonton has been making science fun in Edmonton since 1984. The facility includes 2 theatres – the IMAX theatre, which offers films and documentaries on Alberta’s largest movie screen and the Zeidler Dome, a world-leading 10K resolution digital visualization theatre. TWOSE has a feature gallery, which typically changes twice per year, as well as permanent galleries, including the S.P.A.C.E. Gallery, CuriousCITY Children’s Gallery, The Nature Exchange, The Science Garage, The Body Fantastic and the Syncrude Environment Gallery. The Edmonton chapter of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (RASC) operates the observatory on the nearby grounds.
