Ambrose University occasionally has family-friendly events for the community.

December 6, 2025 | 6:30 – 8 PM
Everyone is invited to a Star of Bethlehem Party at Ambrose University! This FREE, family-friendly science event features members of the RASC (Royal Astronomical Society of Canada). You’ll learn how astronomers read the night sky and use star charts and telescopes. Saturn, the father of the king planets, has been a steady symbol that can light your way to Christmas. Come and see this planet and other starry messengers through telescopes, learn of their importance, and observe projected ancient and recent sky stories under planetariums. Register to reserve your spot.

December 13, 2025 | 6:30 PM
Celebrate Light, Wonder, Joy with Christmas at Ambrose and performances by the Ambrose Jazz Combo, Orchestra, and Choir. Explore the campus at your own pace and curate your own Christmas experience, filled with festive activities that celebrate the light and joy of the season. The evening will conclude with a campus tree lighting and a community carol sing-along. Purchase your tickets here.
