The Heart of the City Festival in Giovanni Caboto Park offers a free, family-friendly music and arts festival in support of original and local artists. The 21st annual festival will includes visual arts, music, dance, comedy, spoken word, interactive workshops, kids activities, and cultural programming. Admission to the festival is FREE, with food, beverages, art and music available for purchase.
