Your child can escape into science this March with Spring Science Camps at TELUS World of Science – Edmonton! Quench their thirst for learning and feed their inner curiosity with fun camp topics including Space and Astronomy, Nature, Engineering and Math, Coding, Tinkering, and more. Spring Science Camps are five full days of fun from March 24-28, 2025. They are a great opportunity for children in grades 1 through 4 and youth in grades 8 through 12 to explore new areas of science and grow their love of learning in the STEAM fields (science, technology, engineering, art, math). Let the team of camp instructors guide and inspire your child as they enjoy a week of exploring TELUS World of Science – Edmonton . Every camp will also include the opportunity to experience a live science experiment on the Syncrude Science Stage, an out-of-this-world celestial star show in the Zeidler Dome, and an immersive film experience inside the IMAX Theatre.
Grades 1-2 Spring Science Camps
Wild Wonders
Discover the beauty of the natural world with this exciting nature-focused camp. Campers will spend the week exploring the outdoors, collecting samples of plants, soil, and insects, and discovering hidden wonders through microscopes. They will enjoy learning about ecosystems, diversity and pollinators and will have fun working together to build a bee or insect hotel.
Cool Creators
Create something cool in this exciting combination engineering and maker camp. Campers will have the opportunity to blend design, technology, construction, and art to create some unique. Working with a variety of building and fine art materials, they will build quirky contraptions and dynamic artwork straight out of their own imagination!
Grades 3-4 Spring Science Camp
Eager Engineers
Creative kids will love the challenge in this dynamic engineering and maker camp. Using the Science Centre’s wide collection of tools, technology, and building materials, they will be able to make ideas come to life. Campers will enjoy hands-on learning as they build, test, refine, and add artistic flair to their own unique and creative contraptions.
Grades 8-12 Camp LIT Program
Spring Break Leadership Program
Youth 13 to 17 are invited to build their leadership skills with this exciting program at the Science Centre. Leaders in Training (LIT) offers the opportunity to share your passion for science through hands-on experience working with children, and opportunities to work on program development and presentation strategies.
