Seize this Spring Break by booking your child on a week of exciting outdoor adventures in the Edmonton River Valley! Alberta Wildlife Federation Youth Outdoor Camp is the perfect way for young explorers to spend time outdoors and enjoy the wonders of nature in their own backyard.

Youth Outdoor Camp offers students from ages 8 to 14 the opportunity to enjoy a variety of unique outdoor experiences guided by friendly and knowledgeable nature enthusiasts. Each camp features outdoor exploration, crafts, and games that will connect youth with the plants, animals, and environment around us. These environment-focused camps are equal parts fun and education, with the goal of helping adventurers build the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to participate in outdoor activities in a safe, responsible, and ethical manner.

Alberta Wildlife Federation Youth Outdoor Camp

Alberta Wildlife Federation Youth Outdoor Camp is based out of the Riverbend Community League – Brookside Hall. Camp run daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an additional 15 minutes before and after camp for drop-off and pickup. Campers should come prepared to spend the majority of the day outdoors, with a packed lunch and water to refuel during their adventures.
