World Migratory Bird Day at Big Lake

World Migratory Bird DayWelcome the birds back at the annual World Migratory Bird Day at Big Lake! This is a free, fun, informative event for all ages is put on by BLESS, the Big Lake Environment Support Society, on Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 11 am to 4 pm at Big Lake, in Lois Hole Provincial Park. Learn about our migrating, feathered friends from wildlife experts plus enjoy first nations dances, a storyteller, a teepee, crafts, face painting and more. Get interactive with the pond dipping activity to identify water bugs and even check out a live owl or falcon!
