Commemorate Remembrance Day at The Halifax Citadel National Site where the 1st Field Artillery Regiment will fire a 21-gun salute at 11:00 am, followed by the noon gun.
On Remembrance Day, The Halifax Citadel is open to the public, with FREE admission to both the site and the Army Museum.
In memory of 2020 marking the 75th anniversary of the Victory in Europe and the end of WWII, Halifax Citadel soldiers will be dressed in WWII Uniforms. Visitors are also invited to visit the interactive WWII ‘Storm the Beach’ D-Day Experience
