After 5 years of cancelled parades, North Vancouver is hosting a STATIONARY parade to celebrate Canada Day! What’s that? Well, due to security constraints, the parade is back on, but it won’t move! The different stations will stay in one place, and people will move about to see the different areas. Programming will include: Cruise the Shore Vintage Car Show, Hat Trick Band, Freddy Fuddpucker & His Rolling Clones, RNB Dancers, Face painting and balloon artists, Canada Day flags, pins and temporary flag tattoos, Local cadet groups, Family and children’s activities throughout Civic Plaza, a roving magician, and NS Safety Council Kids Bike Rodeo.
