I remember when my first son was born 11 years ago, I was determined to hone my culinary skills. The baby slept on my chest while I watched hours of the Food Network. I have to say it actually worked. I’m infinitely more interested in food, I’m an infinitely better cook thanks to actively educating myself via the Food Network. I’m definitely going to be giving Gucci Osteria’s Massimo Bottura a visit on Instagram.
