Art ReachThe Saskatoon Library in partnership with the rRemai mModern is proud to offer Art Reach. Art Reach offers child-oriented drop-in programs throughout the year which are led by practicing artists! Check out their winter schedule :

Art Reach

Frances Morrison Central Library (Saturdays 11am –1pm)

January 21 – Creatures. Use your imagination to create your very own strange creatures.
February 18 – Black & White Art. Get inspired by the photography around you and create some black and-white art.
March 25 – Animal Prints. The Gallery has turned into a miniature zoo, so join us and make your very own animal prints.
April 15 – Doodle Art. Doodles are high art too. Join us in The Gallery to make some doodles.

The Library on 20th Street Branch (Sundays 2pm – 4 pm)

January 29 – Chinese New Year Art. Celebrate Chinese New Year with rooster-themed art.
February 26 – Winter Spinners. Warm up by making art that spins.
March 26 – Button Mobiles. Make a fun mobile using colourful buttons.
April 30 – Spring Spirals. Make spiral art that turns in the spring breeze.

Mayfair Branch (Sundays 2pm – 4pm)

January 15 – Winter Spinners. Come make a magical winter spiral spinner.
February 12 – Pop-up Valentine. Make a unique pop-up Valentine for someone special.
March 12 – Leprechaun Condos. Get ready for St. Patrick’s Day by constructing a leprechaun condo.
April 9 – Mini Umbrellas. Celebrate springtime by making some fun mini umbrellas.
