Spooky Strathma Down the Rabbit Hole
October 2025 | This October, the Strathcona County Museum & Archives is transformed into a whimsical, spooky wonderland inspired by Alice in Wonderland! Go Down the Rabbit Hole with drop-in activities all month long, plus a series of special themed events for kids, families, and adults alike. Admission is by donation.     October 24, 2025 | Tickets are just $10 to the spookiest soiree of the year! Join Spooky Strathma for a family-friendly party, with snacks, dancing, costume contests, and something for everyone down the rabbit hole!

Be Afraid of DARK: Fort Edmonton Park
October 3 – November 1, 2025 | Canada’s largest living history museum becomes home to the non-living during the Halloween season! A series of spine-chilling storylines offers guests (14+) an immersive scare experience and lets visitors see Fort Edmonton Park in a new light through Halloween-themed haunts, roving entertainment, and special food and beverage service.

Laser Halloween Spooktacular at TELUS World of Science – Edmonton
October 8 – November 2, 2025 | Enjoy a one-of-a-kind Halloween Spooktacular laser light show in the Zeidler Dome. This ghoulish music and laser show is included with regular admission and is sure to delight the kids with some extra thrilling Halloween fun!

All Hallows’ Afternoon at John Walter Museum
October 26, 2025 | John Walter Museum invites little ghosts and ghouls to All Hallows’ Afternoon! Come in costume and bring your treat bag to ‘practice’ trick-or-treating and learn some spooky history at this FREE family event.

Trick or Treating at The Precinct
October 25, 2025 | Don those costumes and go Trick or Treating at The Fort Heritage Precinct in Fort Saskatchewan on Saturday, October 25, 2025! During this fun holiday event, kids can collect treats as they go from Historic Village building to building. Enjoy this along with the nearby Trunk or Treat event that day!
