Unleash your creativity in a supportive and inclusive environment at the free Art Buffet events, taking place every Wednesday from June 3 to July 29, 2026, in the Allard Hall Atrium outside the Mitchell Art Gallery. These sessions are designed to promote mental wellness through art, inviting everyone to participate in self-directed, pressure-free art-making. All materials are provided, along with plenty of encouragement. Connect with others, share skills, and engage in meaningful conversations with people from diverse backgrounds, ages, cultures, and abilities. No previous art experience is required.
