For children and families that love horses, a visit to Putting Horse Ranch in Spruce Grove is a great outing. Whether you have little ones that are just starting out or older kids that have ridden before, there are options for everyone.
Beginner and Intermediate Riders ages 6 and Up:
Go on a relaxing 30 minute ride through the Putting Horse Ranch property. Riders ages 6-9 must be led on horse. This experience is open for 2 or 3 riders at a time from the same family. The cost for two riders is $125 + GST and three riders is $175 + GST.
Children’s Leading Rides:
This experience is perfect for children ages 3-9 with up to 3 children per a 30 minute session. Your child(ren) will get to ride on a horse and can take turns patting the horses and getting to know them. Parents are also encouraged to walk next to the horse as their children ride. The cost for a 30 minute session is $75 + GST.
Putting Horse Ranch also offers private lessons for ages 5 and up.
