Grab your skates and head downtown for the second annual Ice Breaker Winter Skate at Rogers Place! On Sunday, March 17, 2019, children and their families get the rare chance to skate on the main ice at Rogers Place from 3 pm to 5 pm. After the skating fun, there will be snacks, face painting, and other activities and fun until 6 pm.
Studio 99 will offer exclusive access from 3 pm to 5 pm to the older kids. Teens aged 13 to 17 can hang out, enjoy music and compete at Oilers trivia. Then, from 5 pm to 6 pm get the chance to hit the ice.
Please bring your own skates and helmet. (Helmets are required for on-ice participation.) Equipment will be available to borrow for those who don’t have their own.) This event is free, but space is limited, and entry will be granted on a first come, first served basis. Waivers or consent forms will be required for all participants.
