J’Adore Dance is a local, non-competitive studio that offers fall programs for all ages and abilities and has held the Consumer Choice award for Northern Alberta for an impressive 5 years in a row (2020 to 2024). Their age-appropriate dance and fitness classes help improve coordination and increase strength and flexibility, plus offer mental health and emotional benefits. J’Adore Dance Fall Programs
All of the instructors at J’Adore Dance are incredibly skilled, but more importantly, they are engaging, supportive, and interactive. This approach helps even the youngest and most hesitant dancers be excited to return week after week. This fall they will be offering various classes in the following categories.
Parented | 3 months to 4 years
Introduce the littlest ones to dance with fun programs that will have you grooving together on the dance floor! Parented Programs include Blossoming Babies, Terrific Tykes, and Twirling Tots.
Kids Sessional | 3 to 10 years
Have fun exploring the world of dance with no formal performance commitments. These sessional programs are the perfect chance to try Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, or a combination of dance styles. Programs include Adaptadance™, Dancin’ Kidz, Discover Tap, Kreative Kidz®, and Urban Kidz®.
Full Year Performance | 3 to 17 years
During the Full Year Performance programs, young dancers choose to train in ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, tap, or musical theatre, and they will showcase their skills in a spectacular year-end recital. Dancers will have the opportunity to explore new dance concepts and will build a strong foundation of creative movement through a conceptual dance education curriculum. Creative dance, imagination, and expression are all strongly encouraged as dancers develop techniques, learn together, and have fun!
Parents will be happy to know that program fees for the Full Year Performance are all-inclusive, with no additional fees throughout the year. The price you pay at registration will include all weekly class instruction, program administration and assessment, a recital costume, recital portraits and a digital video of the recital.

Everybody can be a dancer at J’Adore Dance! Adults can get their bodies moving with challenging fitness classes and dance skills classes for beginner and advanced levels. Sweat, laugh, and have some fun on the dance floor with your choice of ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop, and more!
