If you’re looking for a summer camp that’s packed with imagination, energy, and hands-on fun, LPS Summer Camps have your family covered! This beloved Sherwood Park summer camp is in its 11th season, with an exciting lineup of English-only camps designed for children aged 4 to 12. From wizards and superheroes to Disney and science experiments, each week brings a new world of adventure where kids can learn, grow, and make memories!
LPS makes summer simple and stress-free for busy families. Camps run full days from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), and out of Sherwood Park United Church. Open to kids ages 4 to 12, it’s a one-stop drop-off for all your children, including daily breakfast to help smooth out those hectic mornings!
LPS offers flexible weekly and daily rate options for campers going into Grades 2-6, so you can plan around your family’s summer with ease. As a licensed childcare provider, they are proud to offer access to low-income subsidy programs for those who qualify. Plus, with Alberta’s $10/day affordability grant, families with younger campers (ages 4 to kindergarten graduates) can enjoy big savings on quality summer care. Just a heads-up: to take advantage of the grant, children must attend at least two weeks in the same month, and daily rates aren’t available for this age group.

With over 20 years of experience, LPS Summer Camps are recognized for providing high-quality care in a nurturing, play-based environment. Campers will develop confidence, social connections, and essential life skills through structured weekly programming that includes imaginative play, outdoor activities, mindfulness exercises, and more. As a licensed childcare provider regulated by Alberta Children’s Services, LPS is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. All staff are fully certified, trained in advanced First Aid, and operate within mandated staff-to-child ratios, ensuring each child receives attentive, reliable care throughout the summer.
