Welcome the Year of the Horse with Edmonton Chinatown’s BIA at a free Lunar New Year celebration at the Royal Alberta Museum on Sunday, February 22, 2026! The festivities start at 11 am with an outdoor parade in the north end of Chinatown. Walk with the Lion Dancers and finish the parade at the museum, where you can enjoy performances, activities, and more from 12 to 4 pm.
