 The Wizard of Oz | March 7 – April 12

Embark on a captivating journey to a magical land as The Wizard of Oz takes centre stage at The Citadel Theatre! This highly anticipated theatrical production is a retelling of L. Frank Baum’s cherished classic, complete with breathtaking sets and costumes that bring the beloved characters and songs to life. Audiences will be swept up in Dorothy and her friends’ unforgettable adventure along the yellow brick road.


Jubilations Jr Petey PaanPetey Paan’s Pirate Adventure | Until April 4

Head to the island where no one gets old with the newest production from Jubilations Junior! That’s right, Petey Paan’s Pirate Adventure is soaring onto the stage this winter for a few thrills and a whole lot of family giggles! You won’t want to miss Jubilations Dinner Theatre’s signature mix of a laugh-out-loud show and a tasty multi-course meal.

SportZone with Inflatables in Strathcona County | March 21-29

Warm up with indoor fun at SportZone – running at both the Ardrossan Recreation Complex and Millennium Place! Kids can enjoy mini stick hockey, sports games, blue blocks, and large-scale inflatable mazes and bouncers (on select days). All the action is included with regular rec centre admission!

FREE Thursday Admission at the Art Gallery of Alberta | March 27

🆓 On the last Thursday of each month, The Art Gallery of Alberta offers FREE admission for everyone from 4 pm – 7 pm! Don’t forget kids aged 0 to 17 ALWAYS get in FREE, so it is a pretty low-cost family activity any day if you can’t make it for the free Thursday time.

Saturday Morning All-You-Can-Eat-Cereal Cartoon Party | March 28

Head to The Garneau Theatre for a nostalgia-filled Saturday Morning All-You-Can-Eat-Cereal Cartoon Party! This popular event offers up a morning of non-stop retro cartoons from the 1940’s – 1990’s while kids and kids-at-heart binge on colourful sugary cereals (included with admission).
