Free Comic Book Day
May 4 | It seems perfectly fitting that this annual event would fall on May 4! Free Comic Book Day brings comic enthusiasts around the world together to celebrate by getting a free comic. Participating stores have select titles they will give away to those who show up on this select day. It’s the perfect thing for the comic-obsessed, or for a reluctant reader!

May 4 | Watch Star Wars: A New Hope at Fort Edmonton’s Capitol Theatre! Get your tickets now to re-live the adventure on the big screen (PG), complete with licensed concession, with your choice of 2 showtimes. We anticipate these shows will sell-out so be sure to buy your tickets ahead.
Comic Con 2024 at the Spruce Grove Public Library
May 4 | Head to Spruce Grove Public Library on Saturday, May 4, 2024 for Comic Con 2024. This day of fun will include everything from Padawan Training, Star Wars Storytime, and Sci-Fi Trivia, to Pokemon Crafting, Waterbending, and a chance to party with elves! Some events require registration.
