2026 Twinfest Edmonton will be an exciting exhibition of colourful balloon sculptures and exhibits to showcase twin traditions around the world! Held in honour of National Multiple Birth Awareness Week, this event highlights both the joys and challenges of life with multiples and also offers a fun experience for families with balloon sculptures, dancers, drummers, singers, face painting, crafts, nail art, and more.
