The Chinese Festival of Halifax – a vibrant celebration of Chinese arts, culture and traditions – will be back to celebrate its second year in Halifax. This festival is intended to showcase Chinese culture, and to strengthen the linkage between the Chinese community and Nova Scotia, providing an opportunity to learn about Chinese culture.
