FREE, fun events are coming to Foundation Wharf on the Halifax Waterfront this October, with Downtown Hali Hangouts. Events will take place over the first three Thursdays in October (October 2, 9, & 16) from 6-8 pm. Everyone is welcome to join these fun, community events this fall!
